From your drawing to delivery

    Send us your drawing, workpiece material and machining requirements. Our sales and engineering team confirms the tool type, dimensions and quantity with you.

  2. Material selection

    Material selection

    We choose the carbide grade and coating to match your workpiece material and cutting conditions, using our standard product range as the starting point.

  3. Design scheme

    Design scheme

    For special or non-standard tools, our engineers design the geometry and confirm the drawing with you before production starts.

  4. Production stage

    Production stage

    Tools are ground on WALTER, Rollomatic and WAIDA CNC grinding machines in our Changzhou factory.

  5. Inspection

    Inspection

    Every batch is measured with Zoller and Helicheck tool measuring instruments and tested to make sure it meets the drawing.

  6. Check before delivery

    Check before delivery

    Tools are checked again, labelled and packed for safe transport, then shipped to you.
